Privacy and data

Every conference page on Top10Conf is built from publicly available information: the conference's own published agenda and the session recordings it has made public on YouTube. Videos are embedded directly from YouTube, not re-hosted. We do not publish private, paywalled, or non-public material.

Speaker names, roles, companies, session titles, topics, and view counts are drawn from these public sources. Where a conference publishes a speaker's photo on its own agenda page, that photo is displayed from the conference's own server, never copied onto ours.

If you are the organizer of a conference and would like to correct, update, or remove your page, email us at contact@speechbox.ai from an address associated with the conference. We honor removal requests promptly.

If you are a speaker and you want your name, photo, or a session removed from Top10Conf, write to the same address and we will remove it. You do not need to explain why, and you do not need to be the organizer.

A speaker can be listed on a conference program page without having a page of their own. Removal covers both. Because the site is rebuilt as static pages, a removal takes effect the next time the site is built, normally within one business day.

When you ask to claim or manage a page, we collect the name, work email, and phone number you submit. We use them only to contact you about that request. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated marketing.

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run Top10Conf:

• A hosting and database provider stores conference data and page-claim requests.
• An email provider delivers the message that notifies us of your request.
• The video platform the sessions are hosted on serves the embedded videos.
• Analytics and product-experience tools help us understand how the site is used. These set cookies and may record how visitors interact with pages, so we can improve the product.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, including your name and details on any conference or speaker page, at any time. Email contact@speechbox.ai and we will act on it.

We keep claim requests only as long as needed to follow up with you, and remove them on request.
